Returns:

You have 10 Days(business days) to return an item from the date you received it. Customized Orders or sizes are NON-REFUNDABLE. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To Return an item please email Customer Service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA) number. After Receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in it’s original packaging and mail your return to following address:

Please Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a track # method to mail your return. Shipping cost are Non-Refundable.

Exceptions:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email address to arrange a refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card( or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Apparel Exchanges:

If you need an exchange on your item you have purchased, please contact us at [email protected] to start the exchange process. we will send you an exchanged item at no cost to you. The item must be in it’s Original condition and shipped back to the sender to be eligible for an exchange. Buyer is responsible for return fees applicable.
